"The design and build process was painless and Toby's wealth of experience has massively helped us to understand what was possible. We are really chuffed with the end product and we love spending time in our new kitchen"
Traditional / Botanical / Functional
During the renovations of this 1900s house, the former scullery add-on was transformed into a kitchen that retains its original internal windows and features.
The botanical scheme reflects the outlook onto the garden with cupboards and the island both hand painted in green tones picked out from the wallpaper. White Corian is combined with a textured oak island that without seating keeps the working scullery feel of the kitchen, which adjoins the dining room.
The new archway was panelled in oak to replicate the original panelling in the entrance hall of the house. Reclaimed brick laid in a herringbone pattern replicates the original floor and underfloor heating laid beneath.
