We embraced the high ceilings in this gorgeous Victorian house with tall cupboards in a shaker style that complement the original period features.
A bespoke chimney breast creates a natural focal point set off with a black Lacanche range that can be seen from the hallway through glazed Crittall doors from the hallway.
The dark blue cabinetry is hand painted and topped-off with contrasting faux white marble. The island combines solid oak with an enormous piece of characterful dark granite. Ribbed glass in the wall cupboards soften the run with antique brass handles and hinges throughout.
